So, I have a set of kegal exercise balls but I've only used them once...partially out of fear that they would get stuck, unable to reach them to get them out, or somehow interfere with my IUD.

How do you get them out without a string or pully or something??

I'm sure this is a silly question...I used to have a Nuva Ring, and sometimes it went so far in that I had to have my doctor or partner pull it out for me because I couldn't reach with my fingers

Don't worry, the Kegel Balls are weighted, and they'll stay snugly in your vagina, until you're ready to retrieve them. If they do not have a retrieval cord, you can remove them with your thumb and index finger; or you can squat and bear down a little, and they will pop right out...just make sure you're not doing that over the toilet though!

They can't get lost, but the smaller ones without a retrieval cord can get a little stuck. It happened to me with the smaller silver ones. I wore them for about an hour and couldn't get them out no matter what I did. I had to have someone else get them out and it took a long time and a lot of effort. Since then, I've only gotten the ones with the retrieval cord and I love them. I'd recommend Smartballs or Luna beads.

It may seem hard to get them out sometimes but they can never get "lost" inside your vagina. You're made to stretch and be able to push things out. The thing to remember is not to panic, relax, and lightly push while placing two fingers in to retrieve one at a time. I would try not using lube on your fingers because that might make thing more slippery and harder to work with.

They won't get stuck I just relax and then I feel mine lower and then I can usually push them out or help them out easily. If all else fails try jumping jacks? I don't know, haha, but they will come out just fine!

They won't get stuck, if anything just relax and they will drop low enough for you to be able to grab them.

They won't get stuck. You can always push your muscles down (like you're doing to the bathroom) and they will get pushed out.
