There are many men who aren't even able to perform more than once per day or night, so a hard time maintaining an erection after two is not a problematic issue. A little time, or a nap, or even a meal should help in most cases.

You could have him try doing Kegels - they will help strengthen the pelvic area which will help to keep the penis erect longer - the downside is that he will probably have to "try' to keep it erect for any longer period of time.
