Toy Shopping together?

My boyfriend likes to be consulted about the toys I want to buy, it turns him on, especially if the toy is really naughty (think Tantus Flex).

We love to shop together. Of course, we both have accounts on here, so we're in the forums and looking at new stuff all the time. It allows us to talk about all kinds of topics and really be open and intimate. I've even started talking to him about the assignments I get, to see if he has any preferences. We love thinking about and talking about sex together.

My husband and I used to shop at the sex shops by our house all the time together before I found Eden. Now that I'm on here, we still make trips to the sex shop to see things in person and scope things out, but I buy everything from here (unless I'm low on something and didn't realize it until it's too late). Generally, most of my purchases are made during the day when we're both at work on my lunch break, so we don't consult as much. I do show him things I'm interested in at night when we're both home and see what he might want to get as well. I have separate wish lists for things he wants, things I want, and things I want that he also likes (especially lingerie).

I find what's more fun than picking things out together is discussing how I'm going to review things and what worked or didn't. Where before we just used something, now we discuss what we liked about it and why. It's a whole new line of communication that's been opened from the review process. I have found that to be as much fun as the shopping process, though I still do love the time we spend together deciding what our next toy might be.

I consult with him before I buy or request to be assigned something, but he really has little interest beyond that

My wife and I go to our local sex shoppe together.

My last partner was open to toys but always seemed to feel inferior to them, which was... annoying, to say the least.
I haven't talked much about toys with my new partner, but I can't see it being an issue at all. I think I'll probably still end up shopping for toys on my own much of the time, though.

My partner and I shop together, sort of. I visit the site and show her pictures and tell her about the toys. I love it.

I think my boyfriend mostly humours me when I make him look at toys, but I love shopping for them together, or at least getting his input. He's supportive, and interested, to a point.

We shop together most of the time, but still manage to grab a surprise for the other one every now an then!! I love the variety, openness and spontenaity!!

My boyfriend is kind of a computer/engineering geek. So he really loves it when we go to a real life store together and shop for toys. He loves to try them, and loves to find new things he's never seen/tried before.
He'd get really curious in the stores, and ask bunch of weird questions. I sometimes get embarrassed because of it. It's still a lot of fun though.

At first, my lover was shy about shopping for toys, I'm pretty sure he was embarrassed about it, so he'd just tell me to pick things up and surprise him. Now he'd gotten over the shyness and he loves to shop with me.

Toy shopping online is lots of fun. It gets the conversation started in the right direction. It also shows your lover that you are interested in how their body responds.

Communication about purchases and shopping together open up so many more ideas than shopping separately.

I usually tell him what I want to buy and he either approves it or not (though he usually does). We have a D/s relationship though, so it's part of the power exchange for us especially since toys are such a huge part of our sex life. I send him links of things I am interested in all the time.

I don't consult him about review assignments though, I just take what looks interesting
