I always add it for free shipping if in the end I am usually spending that much in shipping any ways. as for the toy it really depends on what it is.

I did that just the other day for i had spent $69.29 so I was less then $1.00 away... so i bought a pair of panties that were only $4 ended up getting 2 free items

Definitely add for the free shipping. The toy is a bonus, but it's just nice to not have the 5 or 6 dollars shipping, no matter how cliche that sounds for a 70$ purchase XD
