First time I hated it! I was sure I was not going to that again, ever! Anyway, under better circumstances and some unbelievable help from my mother I had sex again and again...my experiences were not always positive but I was mostly moving forward with new discoveries about myself and my body. To me, moving forward with a sense of adventure and awe sure has helped.

I was visiting my boyfriend, the one I'm still with, at his college during winter break, and one night he asked me if I wanted to and I said yes. Technically, I'd had sexual intercourse once before, but I really don't count myself as having lost my virginity until my first sexual experience with a girl. We were at a party at a friend's house and as the night grew late, we were flirting and petting and one thing led to another until I was splayed out in the middle of the living room floor with everything hanging out, making enough noise that we ended up inspiring an orgy.

...it was a hell of an introduction to sex.

It was beautiful - we were both ready. We found a secluded grassy area next to a stream - took our time - fumbled around - and enjoyed every minute of it. But I'd say we weren't to typical. I read up extensively on 'what to do' and we had a lot of back seat experience with mutual masturbation and humping - it was really just a formality - but none the less a wonderful experience. It was recently, last May, at 21. (I'll be 22 in a few weeks.) Didn't enjoy it, though, was in a lot of pain and then bled for 2 weeks after. My bf (who's 18 now) stopped immediately when I screamed, and I felt bad he didn't get to enjoy much, so I bought him a sleeve to use because now I'm not there. I was around 16 and I too was left wondering what the damn fuss was about. I mean it was ok, over way too fast and God didn't strike me dead afterward. In fact no one could tell! That was the biggest let down for me...oh and my hips didn't "spread" as my Grandmother had insisted they would!

I made him wait one full year and he didn't make it easy....the man is very good at foreplay! I liked it and we did it as often as we could and then when I turned 20 I married him so that no one could tell me I couldn't sleep with him! I was always into experimenting. Queen of BJ's and teasing but I could never quite commit to going "all the way". I was really nervous about the entire concept of sex. I masturbated a good bit so I knew I wouldn't have to worry about the hymen issue.

My bf and I were parked in a secluded lot behind a church that was being re-constructed. By bf I mean best friend, who happened to be a guy. The condomn came off when he pulled out so we both got extrememly freaked out. That's one way to get a reality check at 16. Thankfully there were no consequences. It wasn't great, or even good really. It was two first timers who had no clue what sex could, or even should be. If I had it to do over again I definitely would have chosen a better location/setting/etc.. . but I was a young and having fun. Thank gawd my ass didn't get struck by lightning!
