So far, I've found EF's rating system to be a pretty reliable guide to products (as long as I keep my own preferences and the stated preferences of the reviewers in mind). But have you ever purchased a highly rated product and found that it wasn't even close to living up to your expectations? If so, what toy was it and why?

Yes. Everyone is going to be sooo mad at me, but Gigi. It isn't powerful enough or shaped right for me.
