I was just wondering how many people use sleep mask for actually sleeping or how many use them just as a blindfold for sex? Personally I wear one to sleep all the time, I work nights and sleep during the day and light keeps me up so they help me alot.

I do in the summer, because I stay up late at night, and I don't like being woken up by daylight in the morning.

My wall-sized window faces south and for a month or two in the spring and autumn, the sun shines right into my room and wakes me up at dawn. I'll wear a mask during those times, but otherwise no.

i tried but i just cant sleep with one on. instead i got really dark curtains that block any street light or moon light. its pitch black in my room

I pull the covers over my head as a hood with just my nose and mouth exposed. No need for a blindfold, and it keeps me nice and warm.

I wear one sometimes. I picked one up for my boyfriend too so he could nap at work ( on his breaks of course). They have a zen room and he was always complaining about people coming in and turning on the lights.

If my partner and I aren't going to bed at the same time, and I go to sleep first I do. The light from him playing video games keeps me awake plus the light he has on in the kitchen shines in too, so I wear it on those nights, til he comes to bed.
