My cramps aren't too bad so it's not big deal to me, but if I'm using tampons, I'll just use my fingers since I have no vibrators. Works just fine for me!

masturbating in the shower can help, also makes it easier to avoid messiness if you're worried about that?

I don't have any luck with it! What really doesn't help is that my desire tends to go WAY down the moment I start bleeding, so it's really difficult to even get in the mood.

I haven't really tried it. The cramps I get are really bad (I can';t even see straight) so all I want to do is lie down or take a bath.

I always cramp harder when I orgasm. Not fun. Nor does it relieve the cramps afterwards.

Orgasming makes the cramps more painful for me... but it doesn't stop me from doing it.

Masturbating produces "normal" orgasms which are suck IN muscle contractions. NOT ideal when you're cramping on your period.

G-Gasms, on the other hand, produce PUSH OUT orgasms. G-Gasms also stimulate a massive release of oxytocin which will calm you down, make you far less homicidal and will even out your mood swings. Increases in oxytocin will also keep you horny so they are also GREAT for post-partum depression and mood modulation.
