Although it is possible for all women to orgasm, I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that not all women can reach orgasm purely through g-spot stimulation.

Curved g-spot dildos, glass toys, and vibrators would be best, but exactly which ones would depend on your anatomy and material, intensity, and texture preferences.

I love a toy with a large bulb AND some angle -- glass toys also provide the rigidity and firmness that I need to feel stimulated. While thrusting works, simply rocking the toy back and forth and doing kegel-type exercises feels great.
