Hurt?

I think it would depend on how strong the magnets are and how sensitive your nipples are.

Well, they are nipple clamps, they're designed to hurt. How much they hurt depends on a lot of factors. I don't own this pair, but it looks these a pretty heavy, which means they'll either hurt at least a moderate amount, or they'll fall off constantly.

My nipples are very sensitive. I would hate to use those.
