Some days vaginal intercourse just feels bad. For no reason it's just painful to stick anything in there so I usually stick to outer stimulation. Does this happen to you? What do you think is the reason?

It happens to me, but I'm not sure why exactly, although I do know that my muscles get very tense and I have a very shallow vaginal canal. It's only been in the past few years.
