My best friend is a gay man, and while we don't talk about the specifics of our sex lives, we do share all the generalities. Also he's the first person I go to when I don't understand men.
If you're best friend is of the opposite sex do you go to them for sex advice or tips?

My best friend is the opposite sex, but we don't really talk about things like that. I honestly don't think he would know what he was talking about. He told me once, he's never even masturbated. Then he tried to tell me that men hate handjobs. Um, not my man.

I discuss sexual things with both of them. But in different ways. My female best friend and I talk about what our limits are and our weaknesses. I don't know that we go into great detail.
My male best friend is also my ex, so we've discussed a lot of our sexual desires and techniques.

My best friend is of the same sex and we do talk sex. I do have a very close male friend who I do talk sex with because we are comfortable enough to. It just depends on the person.
