That's a tricky question! From my understanding, penis pumps can also be pleasurable to some, so maybe rather than purchasing it as an aid and mentioning that it could be helpful, maybe you could purchase one and say you thought he might enjoy it?

That's the only thing I can think of that wouldn't make a man feel a little upset about the fact that they may need help. But I could be wrong!

how do you think he would take it? I think if you two have a good relationship with good communication, you should be able to talk about it in the open with very little problems. He might be hurt, but if you are not trying to hurt him he will get over it pretty quickly.
