Yes, in fact, men may get UTI's from unprotected anal sex... though I would guess it's less common, or maybe men would be more inclined to wear condoms in general.
Ejaculation during/after anal penetration, when it happens, decreases the likelihood of a UTI. Same theory as going to pee right after sex- if bad bacteria have gotten into the urethra, they'll probably be washed out. Reply

Also, you have to understand, that in porn, one shot may take a day or 2 to complete! There are breaks, where the actors can clean up.
