Poly-cystic Ovarian Syndrome?

Contributor: EmuLove EmuLove
I am 22 and was diagnosed with this 8 months ago. It requires major diet changes and life style changes. So far I haven't been doing to well with these changes... Just wondering if anyone else has to deal with this same thing? Some advice would be great

I have 2 friends who have this. They both did seem to do better when they switched to a healthier diet

I can't really vote at this point. I know what it is and an I am in the middle of going through all the testing to see if I have it My doctors have had suspicions of me having it for the past few years but my insurance company wouldn't approve some of the testing "/ So as my medical insurance is running out I am FINALLY getting the testing should know in the upcoming weeks if I have it or not. I do however have Endometriosis which isn't fun either. I am here if you ever wanna talk, my inbox is always open

I'm supposed to get tested to confirm that I have it. My mom has it so there's a good possibility it's either that or endometriosis that's causing all my health problems.

My sister has it - she only needs to take a hormone containing pill, and thats all to it.
But if your docs said you need a lifestyle change, probably they are right
