Hell yes. When I'm writing papers or studying for finals. It's become a habit, so I get in the mood a lot during the end of a semester.

Occasionally, but not that often. If I have something I have to get done, I think I'd be too distracted during sex to focus. I'd rather just get it out of the way and use sex as a reward.
