I wear my Luna Beads out all the time. Ben Wah Balls too, although, umm, jeans are needed there...they fall to easily. I have a friend who wears her strap on out.

I've been looking into something more challenging than the smart balls, so wearing those Ben Wah Balls out might work out decently for me, although I'm not sure I would wear them to work for a while, lol
