I change my sheets ever week because I have awful allergies and I need to keep things clean. I think that my clean habits are much more overzealous than a lot of other peoples. How often do you wash your bedding, because of allergies/fluids/sex/e tc?

Being as I sleep alone most nights, (my hubby's only home Friday nights and some Saturday nights. We only have sex once or twice a month, so I change sheets only when we have sex.

I wash the sheets once a week, the blanket gets washed every couple weeks.

Depends if I'm having sex...lately I change them less than every week but when I have sex it's usually every few days.

Since I have pets and a baby who really likes eating in bed, I wash them each week rather than switching out. It ensures that they're totally clean.

Whenever they need it. I'm usually changing the boys sheets more often than I'm changing ours.

every week or every other week depending on how often I fall asleep on top of them

Twice a month I strip the bed completely and wash everything, pillows included.
