From what I hear, the stronger your PC muscles, the more forceful your squirting will be. You might try kegel exercises.

Agreed! Plus, I find it helps to have peed before you start playing so you mentally relax and let it go more easily.

Kegel exercises and a pee break are great recommendations. Plenty g spot stimulation too and playing even after you cum with spot stimulation helps tons. All about playing and pushing no matter how bad you want to explode.
