I'm interested in toys and the sex toy industry so I talk about it often. But it feels to me that if I talk to a guy about dildos, lingerie, or condoms they start being really blunt with suggestions and think I'm easy to hook up with. They all know that I'm very open about things and have a boyfriend, but they keep trying. And it's starting to really annoy me...

Anyone have similar problems? Or does it just come with the territory?

I get the same thing I'm not shy when it comes to talking about sex or toys and I get guys even in a friendship situation that are put off by it or overly suggestive. I think it comes with the territory. I'm used to it and grew up with guys so I know how to tell them to stuff it and if all else fails I throw a mean right hook lol

Well, good to know it's just not me that it happens to! And it's not like you're vividly telling them about your playtime. You're maturely and "scientifically" talking about sex and toys and they have the nerve to call you a tease!

Glad you know you can throw a punch! I'll have to work on that.

Coming from a guy, if a women came up to me and started talking about sex toys (even if I knew her) it would probly start to excite me and then I would start to wonder if she is hitting on me. Unless I really knew her well (best friend well) this is how I would take it. The reason I say this is because it has happened to me and yes the women was hitting on me. Well not just me but my wife and me, she was trying to fell us out to see if we would join her toghter. We did not, however we have talked about it several times.
