Toy recommendations for beginners

Contributor: Smitty Smitty
I'm new to Eden and an amateur toy user as well, and I'm looking for recommendations for a beginner like myself. What are your absolute favorite Eden products and what would you suggest for someone new to the world of sex toys?

The only toys I've experimented with are these two:

My vibrator

My dildo

I love both but I'm ready to upgrade and expand my collection.

I'm really interested in a new vibrator and possibly a new dildo as well, but I'm trying to be thrifty about it- I really don't want to spend more than $50 right now.

To get an idea of the products that have sparked my interest, you can look at my Wish List.
Any and all recommendations are appreciated!

I'm also interested in your recommendations for your favorite lubes, cleaning products, and beginner couple toys...give me all you've got!

I don't know if you're interested in experimenting with your g-spot, but you should read about the Lelo Ella. It's a great dildo because even if you don't like the one end there's always the other to try!

For a realistic dildo you can try the Slim Jim or the Acute (which isn't realistic in color or detail but in size and angle).

For clitoral vibrators there's the Lelo Mia. Unfortunately EF doesn't carry the upgraded version with a stronger motor, but I love my Mia.

Sorry I don't have more recommendations; most of the toys I'd recommend are above the $50 mark.

FYI, if you order $51 worth of stuff, put in the promo code sexis20 and you'll get $20 off your order!

Thanks! I mean I'm definitely willing to spend more than $50 total, but just not on a single item. I want to keep my spending low to start out until I get a better feel for what toys work for me and would be good investments.

Both of those dildos look pretty awesome, and similar to others I've been eyeing. I think the Slim Jim is going on my Wish List now. Thanks for the recommendations!

I really like my TCB vibe for basic clitoral stimulation. It's good for partner sex, too!

I was looking at that one the other day and it looks awesome, but I want to try something a little more out of the box for my next purchase since the vibe I have now is so basic. Thanks for the suggestion though!

Welcome to Eden! I highly recommend the mentor program. The teacher you choose will give you great information to this site and answer your questions. It's a step ahead of doing things on your own. As far as your question, I would say to read the reviews. My wife danellejohns and I try to give you the best information we can. We are also somewhat new to the site. You can aklso ask the reviewer questions that they would be happy to answer. All the reviewers here try to do their best. It's a personal preference, so ultimately you have top choose. There are endless great toys here!
