I was about 19. It was planned and we looked up information first. We got proper lubricant and also used toys. It was a good experience and has never hurt me.
I was a bit nervous but not by much.

I was 16 and although planned it was not well thought out. lol We thought a lubricated condom would be enough. Ouch. Learned our lesson and the next time used actual lubrication.

We tried it one time I waS scared to death. We keep talking about doing it again but the horriblt fail of the first time has me quite scared to do it again. We fifnt use a toy because I had none at that time we used fingers to help and as llube we used this stuff called sex grease.

Tried when I was 18, 20, 22. Each with different girlfriends. They all wanted to let me try it but we didn't prepare properly. One had done it before but it still didn't work. Finally when I was 24 I was with a girl that we finally got it done. Wasn't planned at all on my part. We came home one night and she was riding me, she pulled it out, switched holes and kept going. needless to say I was quite shocked but it was awesome.
