When you choose wether to buy or not to buy a toy, does the manufacturer's name influence you?

Do you ever make a final decision based on which company produced the toy? Does it matter a lot or a little to you?

Yes, I like Lelo (cant really afford it though most of the time), Picobong, whichi is a Lelo product. I try to stay away from California Exotics because I have had trouble with a few of their toys, but other than that I try to be open minded.

While California Exotic, Nasstoys, Big Teaze, etc. do get a bit more skepticism on my part, I will give them a shot if it looks like a quality toy/has good reviews.

I have bought toys I wouldn't have otherwise gotten because of the brand! I like the new Picobong toys a lot, Close2You, Jopen, Fun Factory, and especially Tantus.

I think if it's a fun sounding name, I'll be more interested in buying it because the toy sounds like fun. (It was like that with Fun Factory until I realized how expensive their toys are). But in the opposite, I don't think a bad name would influence if I bought it or not.

After trying a few toys from a company I get a pretty good impression of their quality and what their toys feel like. There are some brands that I don't like and I steer clear of them. I usually stick with name brands I've tried and liked. Sometimes I'll buy name brand toys I haven't tried yet whether they're expensive or inexpensive.

I tend to stay with brands that I've had good experiences with -- although a good price or unusual feature can prompt me to give a new brand a shot.

Like anything else, I come to trust a brand/creator if I've had good experiences in the past. A lot of review reading goes into the first purchase from a new company, but I do less and less reading for each subsequent product if I continue to be satisfied.

Sometimes it doesn't matter, but sometimes it does. I do pay attention to brands, and I know brands that I've had better experiences with. There are some lubricants I just won't buy, like Wet and ID I'm really skeptical of because they're always thin and don't last long in my experience.

Yes, If I have other products of theirs that I love I will buy more of the same line.

Yes. If I had a little trouble with only one of a particular company's toys, I will look at other companies before I buy another one of theirs, but I won't be opposed to buying another one of their toys.

If I had a little trouble with more than one of their toys, I'll skip them entirely.

If I had EPIC trouble with one toy, I'll never buy from them again.
