For those of you that enjoy toys with your partner, who brought the subject up first? If you did, were you nervous? I'm not worried about bringing it up, as we already went through that quite some time ago. I'm just curious how it happened for everyone else

Intersting question. I didn't vote because I am not sure how it all actually happend. I came across Eden and loved some of the lingerie on here and sent the link to my husband. He immediately signed up for his own account and well the rest is history..so to speak.

I asked the wife about it for years, then one day I just bought a C-ring and said "hey I thought this could be fun". She enjoyed it a lot. Just went from there.

When we first started seeing each other I was selling them. I did the fun parties. I took him to his first fun party. I was the only rep around here that would do couple's parties for my customers. He would come with me when I did those. He had a blast along with every one else. Then a few months ago I started doing these reviews again and he's been in hog heaven. He tells EVERY ONE what I do, lol.

I brought it up and thankfully he was more than interested in the idea. He's the one who went out and bought our first few toys even (I was a little more than nervous about shopping for them then).

I've been with two people, and each time I was the one who brought up the topic of toys. They were both interested in watching me use them and using them with me.
My current boyfriend (of 1.5 years) is even interested in designing and making toys together! We're both maker-types, so it would definitely be a, er, pleasurable project.

Ironically, my husband did (years ago), but I was less than enamored with the cheaper toys we tried.
This past June, however, we purchased some high-quality toys, launching an obsession with me! Now I'm the one who avidly seeks out all the new toys for both of us to try.

I did, as I had toys prior to our relationship. My b/f was initially intimidated by toys but now will buy some. Sometimes, he chooses a dil, lubes it and lays it on the night stand as he comes to bed. Can't say I don't enjoy the gesture!

Well, in my last relationship, I had two or three going into it and he bought me a couple more. He was interested in the beginning of the relationship about making sure I had fun stuff.
Then I started reviewing and bringing more stuff into our relationship. So the bigger push was from me half way through it.
But now! Well now I am frank and honest with all potential play partners and relationships about my status as a toy reviewer. So that means that they all know that toys will be a part of things! So me!

I brought it up. But we fell into it together. I had recieved a toy twice for birthdays, but quickly threw them out. Now that we're engaged, we're wanting to try new things. so I thought it would be nice to use them together.
