I just recently received the Blueberry Bliss, and I must admit that I found being able to see how the vibrator actually worked fascinating. How do you feel about being able to see the mechanisms that make your vibrator or other toys work?

I was also wondering if the response to being able to see the mechanism would be different between males and females.

Seeing the inner workings would be cool, but I haven't encountered any translucent/clear toys that I like enough to get in my times of space limitations. Maybe some day... It'd be nice to have that variety in my collection.

I am fascinated by the how-to in all kinds of things, and toys are no exception.

Depends on how they look. Sometimes they look cool, but sometimes they're not as aesthetically pleasing to me.

The first time I tried one I thought it was kind of neat to see the little motor spinning around, but I usually avoid clear toys because I find them ugly.

Call me a guy but I always like to see how things work. When toys die I always take them apart to see if I can fix them. Most of the time I can fix them but they will not go back together without some glue of something.

One of my friends has a fleshlight and he absolutely loves it. The only caveat I wish it had was that the silicone used was clear, and possibly an option for the fleshlight to be clear too. But that may be the voyeur in me, I wanna watch! (do boys?)

I don't think I would buy a toy just to watch it and anyway, don't know how I could see it work anyway while using it.
I really like sensuous looking toys so it took me forever to get the Hitachi.

I think it's great to be able to see inside - I just reviewed a penis pump (link) that is completely clear. Be able to see through it makes it better

The first time I saw how a vibe really works was eye opening and I really liked it. The Blueberry Bliss was a sweet surprise as I wasn't expecting much from it. It's a really nice hard plastic vibe!

I love to see how mechanisms work, but, unfortunately, I rarely see a transparent toy that suites me - usually the transparent ones are rabbits, and rabbits do not work for me.

I like to see internal workings - it's really neat! - but between two otherwise identical toys, I honestly think I'd probably go with the non-see-through one. I just think they look nicer, is all.
