I personally wear some sort of panties most of the time. there are a few exceptions.
when im without i find im very aware of that fact the whole time.
A huge exception is night time. while talking to a close friend she told me that her obgyn told her that she should NOT wear underwear at night. my friend is one of those woman who is prone to yeast infections, and her obgyn's recommendation was that she keep her lady bits a bit more aired out- she could still wear pjs just remove that extra barrier. the extra moisture down there can build up to an yeast infection-
That being said, i still wear panties when i go out, the exception is if even if i were to wear a thong the lines would be visible in a skirt or dress.
simply, for comfort i choose panties!!!!

I personally prefer wearing them all the time. I like going braless, but I usually can't even sleep without wearing underwear. To each their own.

I typically have a fair amount of moisture, so going without panties isn't really an option, but I only wear thongs usually, unless an outfit really requires booty coverage, but that's rare.

if i'm in pj's or just hanging out nude (which oddly enough i do quite often) i wouldn't be wearing underwear of any sort. typically when i'm done for the day i strip down and throw on the loosest warmest clothing i own and get comfy.

My mother told me the same thing!!! If I leave the house, I have them on...if I'm just at home in my pjs, I'll sometimes leave them off.

I might go without on rare occasion if I know I'm going to have sex and want to surprise them, but it's not a common occurrence for me. I get wet too easily, which can be uncomfortable to sit through after awhile.
