As long as I can boil the hell out of it when I get it. If I can't do that, it's an automatic no on the toy. Because of that, I don't have many options and don't buy preowned toys.

I mean, I would have to put on a full body suit and had the water boiling as I opened the box.

My wife has a few silicone ones that can be sterilized that was passed along to her from her cousin.
