This lube is thicker than water but will still run; it's best to apply a little at a time to avoid a mess. Once applied, the flavor will last a while but, depending on the length of time spent, a reapplication may be needed/wanted. The warming property is one of the best I have tried. It is not the warmest by any means, but even on the back of my hand the warming sensation can be felt almost instantly.
While this could be used for anal play, it lacks the thickness most look for in a anal lube. I also found it does not have the best lubricity for anal play and, even used vaginally, it did not perform the best as a lube. Still, it is perfect for oral activities anywhere on the body.
It has a slight greasy feeling when first applied; when left to dry, it feels like you just applied hand lotion. Since it is water based, it is easy to remove: simply wash off with a wet washcloth or a wipe such as the Eden wipes.
I received the Wild Cherry flavor; yes, it does taste like cherries. The funny part is that it tastes just like cough medicine, such as NyQuil. Good thing we tasted it before use - that may have just killed the mood, ya know? The flavor is not a deal breaker, but it does make the mind wander. Not good when your attention should be focused at the task at hand.
Aroma wise, the smell is pleasant and light. When first applied you can smell it, but it fades pretty quickly; after that you have to get close to smell it.
Once we got past the taste, we were able to enjoy this lube. I really enjoyed the warming the most, and wife enjoyed it, too. It is, after all, getting cold up here in the north. Neither of us felt the need to wash up after use; of course, that may just be because we licked it all off.
As stated before, as a lube this did not preform that well. It was fine for vaginal penetration; the body's natural lube mixes well and adds to the lubricity during mellow activities. Once things get fast and furious, it fails miserably. Best to just use it for oral fun.
