i have been using pumps for years.from my own exerience,these do not make your penis larger than your natual size.this is great exercize to keep your penis in shape.this cyiinder is the perfect length.

Top Quality!
Initially I was confused becasue the top cylinder fitting has a built in check valve, which will automatically close, so you can remove the pump with tube, without releasing the vacuum from the Cylinder. This is a great feature, but can be confusing at first since there is no mention of this feature.

This is a high quality product. The only issue for the biginner is... since the diamter is large, 2.75", you will need to, initially, reduce the diameter, using one of the silicone reduction rings, which attach to the end of the cylinder.
Otherwise... enjoy!
