If the barrel of your penis pump is 2-1/2 inches to 3 inches in diameter, you need to have the Universal Pump Sleeve on the end of it. The soft silicone is exactly what you want wrapped around your manhood and it is still strong enough to let you get some good use out of your penis pump. The only reason I gave this 5 stars is because I can't give it 6!

This is the sleeve that goes on the end of a penis pump and provides the seal for the suction.
What the heck is this thing?
Selective Sensualist, this sleeve is meant to be used at the opening of a pump to provide an air tight seal so that the pump is better able to do its job. This device by itself isn't worth much.
Could someone kindly explain to me how this works? I can't make up my mind if I should be intrigued with this or not -- or whether this should be wish-listed for my husband, LOL! Instead, I'm completely mystified by this . . .
