Initial impression is that this is not something you want to leave lying around, because with a very naked Rita on the cover and back and the big lettering of interactive sex simulator, there is little to suggest that the movie is anything other than porn. The cover can be flipped over for a less nakedbut no less suggestive picture.


Features

There are interactive menus to choose from the options of tease, masturbate, foreplay and sex. As well, for each of these, there are a number of sub options (e.g. tease-tits, ass, pussy) and a full complement of nice (vaginal) and naughty (anal) for each of these options. Overall, there are about 30-40 variations. Within these options, most scenes also have two camera angles, for a total of about 60-80 shots overall.

There is a cum on cue feature that allows you to choose when Rita will cum or when the male actor will cum on her. She does not cum right away though, but about 30 seconds after the option is activated. Also, after this, video pauses for a couple of seconds and then repeats, so this is odd.

There is apparently a random generator, but I was unable to get this to work.


Video

The video is pretty high quality and the environment looks pretty classy. There is little change though (all scenes between only a few sets). Rita moans and makes a lot of noise and it is mostly believable, but sometimes it is clearly for show. It does seem she is enjoying it generally though, especially the masturbation, tease and foreplay scenes.
Rita is 90% shaved, so just a heads up for bush lovers, you won’t find it here.


Extras

There is an additional ~20 minute or so scene with oral, anal, ATM and money shot. Not bad, though I am not a huge fan of the whole ATM thing. It is a scene with standard progression from tease to vanilla to hardcore to finish.
There are also some trailers for the other Plaything series, though they are short and more of an advertisement than a bonus.

Overall
Pretty decent overall, easily watchable more than once. Given the times, I think this could be made in a day with a standard HD camera and college crew (if they could find a willing star). It would be nice if there were more options and if the options could be intermingled more. There are a lot of options and I wish I had a faster searching DVD player. Good if you are looking for some straight away porn, but there is no storyline, so this is really no more than eyecandy.

Watched a bit of it with my partner in crime, and it did have us hot and bothered pretty quickly. She did comment on there being some overly close shots, though I did not mind this.

I have had the DVD now for several months and can say that I feel about the same in regards to it. It is an interesting delivery for such material, and if in the right mood, certainly is fun. However, I still think that interactive is less my own personal preference since I like to have my hands free so they can be directed towards myself or my partner. If you are a fan of Rita, this is a DVD you would like, but keep in mind it may get repetitive if watched often.
