I have a soft spot for Belladonna in my kinky little porn-loving heart. She has an amazing intensity and a passion rarely seen in porn stars. She's not there for just the paycheck; she genuinely loves what she does. I was anticipating loving this just as much as I have loved previous Belladonna productions, but the actual delivery just fell short.

This movie is formatted like a talk show about sex toys - complete with the cheesy intro music, question and answer sessions, and demonstration time. Each actual sex portion is preceded by Belladonna interviewing the scene's stars about how they masturbate, what toys they use and their fantasies or fetishes regarding toys. They take a gander at her "toy box" filled with (you guessed it!) Belladonna-branded Doc Johnson toys and pick out which they're going to use. It felt a little like an adult version of an infomercial. Not exactly the sexiest format but I'll commend Bella for thinking outside of the box (no pun intended.) What grossed me out was that the toys were taken right out of the packaging and used right there. I'm going to give the benefit of the doubt and say they were washed before hand because the vibrating products already had batteries in them. Still, it squicked me out seeing it.

If you're looking for a lot of Belladonna action in this movie, you're going to be disappointed. She makes only a few appearances. She interviews every girl. She is in the first and last scene. She's also in some solo masturbating scenes throughout. I found her solo scenes hotter than her scenes with another girl. The connection I've seen in other Bella films just wasn't there. Sadly disappointing.

This film features some really good actresses though that I particularly enjoyed. It's always nice when I see Claire Adams (a favorite of mine) and Bobbi Starr. The scene with Claire Adams and Sinn Sage is easily my favorite of the six scenes. The intensity I prefer in porn, the connection - those are found in this scene and less so in the others.

Scene 1 is Bella with Alexa Jordan. It was ... eh, okay. The foreplay between them was my favorite part of the scene. When they got into using the toys, I got the impression it just wasn't as interesting to them. Bella didn't seem her regularly intense self.

Scene 2 is Lexi Belle and Nikki Rhodes. Lexi is a cute little thing and I enjoyed her performance. These two are good together, though the scene was not overly inspiring for me. I found myself getting bored at points, instead of turned on.

Scene 3 is April Flores and Kimberly Kane. I love me some April Flores and she has a great chemistry with all of her co-stars. My favorite part is watching her finger Kimberly from behind while Kimberly licks at a mold of Bella's ass and pussy. Mmmm lovely.

Scene 4 is Claire Adams and Sinn Sage, my favorite scene. Their interview is great and you learn some interesting things about the way Claire masturbates. This scene is just sooo intense I about melted in my chair.

Scene 5 is Gianna and Bobbi Starr with a special appearance by Bella at the end. Gianna and Bobbi end up giggling through most of this scene and it's quite distracting. Sex can be funny but here the laughter is just misplaced.

Scene 6 is Alexis Texas and Belladonna. I could see myself liking this scene, if I maybe watched it a dozen times and really got into it. By the end of all the scenes you just want the whole thing over and this just seems like a poor scene to end with.

There are tons of extra footage included in this movie as well as the actual sex scenes themselves. I've always been fascinated to see porn stars interact outside of a sexual context because it gives them a more "human" face. They are not just sex creatures for use. They are real women who have real day to day lives.

Given the opportunity though, I don't see myself watching this movie again. Belladonna's Toy Box is a rare miss for an otherwise great star. The intensity found in her other movies just isn't here and it feels like a cheesy infomercial for sex toys more so than a porn.

The moment I knew I was quickly losing interest in this movie? After the second of three DVDs, I turned it off and actually cleaned my apartment for a little bit. I chose cleaning over hot girl/girl porn. I know, I was shocked too. I found myself reluctant to go back and watch the third DVD after having sat through the first two. With 4 1/2 hours of actual movie and over 3 hours of extra footage, there is a lot to digest in this movie.
