Flesh Hunter 7 by Jules Jordan Video - review by BrokeNHorny

I have had the good fortune of reviewing other titles from this series, and from director Jules Jordan as well. Overall, its been a good run. Most of the films are a little out there in terms of setup and theme, but this one takes the cake. At times, it goes into a much more fetish direction. I can't say that I'm surprised by this, as the front cover features two mean in wolf masks, but it is a markedly different direction for the series. Up til now, I have seen the first and fifth incarnations of the Flesh Hunter series, and I have to say I enjoyed them a bit better than this one.

It can be said that the Flesh Hunter series has gotten more hardcore as it progressed. That's fine, and there's nothing wrong with any of the content. Unfortunately, it did keep its tendency to be unfocused. There is something to be said for including a variety of content, but that means that there is less content for people who aren't into each specific fetish. I say fetish because it does delve into fetish territory. Included in this film is costume and mask play, bondage, domination, and urination. Also, I'm not sure this counts, but the box lists Gauge with “Tits angrier than ever.” Not quite sure what that's supposed to mean.

All this being said, there is a good mix of content. There are five scenes, each with a different actress. Starring is Gauge, Luci Thai, Teagan Presley, Brooke Milano, and Kaylynn. The male talent is a little lacking, but does include the famous Lexington Steele. The performances are done well, and there are some great expressions along the way. The Red Riding Hood and Big Bad Wolves scene is done with surprising conviction. In fact, it seems like the movie is especially proud of that scene, what with it featured on the DVD case, the DVD itself, and the DVD main menu. I wasn't really a fan, and it came off as a little creepy. Fortunately, the DVD has good chapter cuts. Pressing skip will take you to the next position or scene. The men wear the masks for nine scene cuts though, so its hard to get rid of it should you find it a little offputting.

My favorites were the scene with Luci Thai in white lingerie and Gauge's scene with a toy and anal. Remaining are Kaylynn's interracial scene with Lex Steele, and a bondage scene with Brooke Milano as a tied up angel. All of the scenes are long, and well executed. They tend to be a bit too polarizing though, so you might end up skipping one or more of the scenes. I have to say, the cumshots are all done very well. Fortunately, for those who don't want to watch the entire scene, there is a cumshot recap cut from the main menu. To my dismay, there was no menu with cuts of different positions. Jules Jordan films tend to include this feature, and I'm always disappointed when its not included. Additionally, there is a photo shoot and extra scenes. These are largely forgettable.

I can't say that any of the film was poorly executed, but I did not enjoy it as much as the others. The Flesh Hunter series has never been known for consistency, and the seventh iteration is taking that to the extreme. It includes a wide scope of material, and some fetishes. Some of the fetish material may scare off some viewers, but it does not hide its kinkier material. It was a bit too far for my tastes, but I can't mark it down for that. If you're into this kind of material, I would definitely recommend it. As it stands this movie gets my seal of approval.
