Island Fever 4 serves as a perfect back drop movie for couples play. Watching it for a solo session may leave you a little bored and a little tired. The constant music, the sand, the water: it's all a bit fatiguing unless you are getting some sexy attention of your own!

The Island Fever movies are very specific: straightforward sex in beautiful locales. No dialogue, no plot. If physically appealing peeps rolling in the sand, playing in the water and having lots of sex sounds like something you'd like to watch, you have almost three hours worth of high quality here. However, if you long for a semblance of plot or acting, or if you just like the sounds of flesh pounding, this is not your movie.

If you want to just see naked women, you look at photos. If you want to hear naked women, then you watch videos. Because there is no actual audio of the cast in this film, I'd have been better off just looking at the cover!

Island Fever 4 has a ton of absolutely gorgeous scenes with great women. It is all sex and solo scene, with no plot, and no acting sounds. This makes it a great "background" porn to enjoy by yourself or with a partner. If you love beach scenes, you will love this film.
