Casey Parker Lost in Puerto Rico by Shane's World Productions - review by Mr. & Mrs. Peg

So when we heard that the Porn Club was going to be reviewing a couple of Shane’s World DVDs this month I was really excited. I am a huge fan of the old Seymour and Shane videos. Shane had such great energy and was always so spontaneous. I was hoping to see much of the same in these videos. This video isn’t bad, but it channels more of Girls Going Really Wild than it does some of the vintage Seymour and Shane videos.

Lost in Puerto Rico is best described as reality porn. It is not based so much on a plot as it is a scenario. The basic premise is that some friends travel to Puerto Rico to have sex on the beach and enjoy some island fun. This starts out with some naked hang gliding….gotta love the islands! Unfortunately I don’t think the movie really got any better. The scenes are a bit jaunty and overall there is way too much drinking for me. While the sex is good in places, the drinking thing really put me off and I wondered at times if boundaries and limits were truly being respected.

After the brief naked hang gliding scene, Jack Venice and Victoria Sweet have sex in a field during a downpour. Personally, I love having sex in the rain. I used to have a rooftop apartment and it is an amazing experience to fuck in a downpour. Filming people fucking in a downpour gets a bit noisy, however. The scene is pretty good, but Jack’s character is a real prick and it detracts from this being truly enjoyable to watch. The scene ends with him shooting his load on Victoria’s well-shaved pubic mound.

The next sex scene features the starlet Casey Parker and Will Powers enjoying each other next to a waterfall. Will is much more tolerable and this is a pretty good scene. This is about the point in the film where I would fast forward it to the last scene. The alcohol starts flowing and it just stopped being fun to watch.

Allison Pierce joins the crew and after some drinking she and Jack have sex in the van while driving through the town. This scene simply is difficult to watch. I think it is supposed to be funny, but any humor was lost on me.

Casey and Jack have the sex on a beach that Casey was seeking during this trip. Did I mention I can’t stand that Jack guy? I don’t know what is worse, the thought of all that sand getting in places you don’t need it, or Jack. Casey is pretty hot and very naturally attractive, though.

The final island sex scene is Will and Allison. This is a much better scene than the van scene. There is a lot of energy and the sex is pretty hot. They like each other too, which is a plus.

The following morning the troupe heads home. Renna Sky and Justin Magnum pick Casey up at the airport. The last scene on the video is inexplicably them at home. Personally, I think this is one of the best scenes in the film, primarily because there is some real chemistry between the two.

There is no anal in this film other than a finger. There is also no girl-girl action other than some heavy kissing in a restaurant. There is an underlying subtext of twenty-somethings trying to figure out their personal relationships which does little other than illustrate what a prick Jack is. There is lots of good oral and the scenes are very explicit with good angles. You can always turn down the volume is you need to.

I don’t know if I would recommend this to anyone. I am sure this would appeal to some people out there, it just wasn’t our thing.

I tried to watch this again and came to the same conclusions. There is better porn out there. The sex scenes are okay, but it's all the stuff in between that is a turn off. And that guy! Man.....
