Cubbyholes by Trannywood Films - review by deceased

Cubbyholes was copyright in 2005 from Trannywood pictures. It's not what you would expect from an obviously gay, FTM cast. There is, above all, an emphasis on safe sex. Cubbyholes is broken up into small scenarios like a locker room, a massage room, etc. The rooms are all plain and no distracting, but not clinical . The actors are of various ages and body types. They are tattooed, pierced, blindfolded or clothed in various scenes. They look like regular guys, not porn stars. It's all man-on-man action,oral,anal and male box penetration.

Cubbyholes stars Ian Foxe, Dex Hardlove, Ian Sparks Marlo Davis, CJ Cockburn and Mark Van Helsing. These are probably names you have not heard before. These fellows are not gay for play or all around porn stars, they are for real. It's the realistic quality that really comes through. They are into what they are doing. That makes it hot, and even if you are not FTM or gay male, you could be incredibly turned on by the film's treatment of sex scenes.

The stars all have good chemistry. Like they probably are friends in real life. The scenes feel relaxed, and gentle and affectionate. The actors make eye contact and even the blindfolded actor had a relationship of trust and safety while he was being fucked.

There is very little dialogue and very little plot . Its pretty much all about safe sex. You will see nitrile gloves, lubes, condoms placed over dildos, dental dams over mailboxes; the whole message over and over is safe, hot love, and respect for your partner. There is plenty of foreplay. The movie lasts only an hour, comes with a short bonus disc (more safe sex) and a thin pamphlet on "safer sex for transguys" by James Cullen, 2004. It may only be a few pages, but it talks about clinics for check-ups, lube, condoms, dams and not using microwave safe plastic wrap as a dam.

No one gets a load in the face (there is a man who probably is a bio male). Everyone in the movie seems to be genuinely enjoying themselves.

This movie gives you the feeling that it cares about you and your health. Warm fuzzy porn....

Well made, never trashy or offending. Erotic and timely. Presents the actors as normal people rather than "freaks". Above all, safe sex is promoted. The actors are all shapes and sizes, some very masculine, some very androgynous. I enjoyed the movie from its minimalistic but sex packed direction. The camera angles and film quality are as if one is right there, in the room with the actors. I watched it on a 12-inch screen and had no problem with the details.

Here is what I was saving for the follow-up. The bonus disc has two young men dressed like a cross between a farmer and a pirate, they break into someone's kitchen and see an inflatable sheep sitting on a chair next to the oven. They take the sheep into the bedroom and have a three-way. The sheep is now wearing a black blindfold, mesh panties, and a collar. One man does oral on the inflatable sheep while the other gets his cock sucked. Then the man who got off leaves and the other guy goes full out with the inflatable sheep. He also comes in her face and kisses her. At the end, the man leaves, the sheep is standing on the bed, and then she falls over with exhaustion and "sleeps". Condoms were used on the sheep, and strap-ons, but I did not see a dental dam.
