Front Cover:
On the front cover of "Cum Stained Casting Couch" you have in the foreground a lovely picture of the Twins Cali and Cherish (also you might recognize them as Melissa and Marissa Milton). In the background appears to be a blurry picture of couch that has obvious Photoshopped puddles of cum on it in various areas. The blurry background is horrendous, but the front cover still is saved by the lovely picture of the twins.
The words "Cum Stained" are outlined in red, while the interior of the lettering appears to be cum. While the words "Casting Couch" are in black boxed letters with a white outline and then finally a black outline. I liked the lettering of the words "Casting Couch"; I found the Lettering really stood out against the beige background.

Back Cover:
The Back cover has is mixture of your common porn back cover and another lovely picture of the twins. There are several pictures of the female performers in various sex acts (double blow job, ball licking, anal, facial, etc.). Along with the pictures there are the names of the female performers beside their respective picture.
Beneath the 10 small panels is a very pretty picture of the twins Calie Marie and Cherish with their butts up and heads down (but faces looking at the camera). One wearing teal panties, and the other wearing pink panties.
Beneath the smiling twin's picture are five other small paneled pictures.

Menus:
The main menu has the same picture of the twins as the front cover. To its left is a clip of the twins having sex with two of the male actors. Along the bottom are the selections "Play Movie" "Scene Selection" and "Special features".
Inside the "Scene Selection" there are six panels, all showing a full motion clip from one of the six scenes scene. Underneath each panel are the names of the female performers. This is nice as it allows you to go directly to the beginning of the scene you want to watch.

Scene 1 - Paola

The first scene is of beautiful Brazilian "Madam" (that is right she claims to be a pimp in Rio) Paola. After an introduction, an off camera producer asks Paola to demonstrate a dance, Paola is more than happy to accommodate. After some ass shaking we cut directly to the action with male performer Manuel Ferrara. After some kissing, fingering and oral by Manual there is an abrupt scene break to a blow job scene. After a short blow job another abrupt cut into vaginal sex scene. I love the camera angles, but the constant cuts can be quite distracting. Throughout Paola's scene she speaks in Portuguese while she is having sex. This scene is finished off by a cum-over also known as a facial.

Scene 2 - Nichole

The next scene involves the beautiful Nichole, who claims to be a "Southern Bell" from Waverly, Tennessee. She has a thick southern drawl. After all the introductions, we are cut to a blow job scene. During the blow job another guy comes into the scene, and we get a double blow job. After some time each take turns with Nichole's vagina. Another pure vaginal and oral sex scene that ends with a facial.

Scene 3 - Courtney

The next scene we are introduced to Courtney just as in the other scenes we get a little background information. After this short period of questions and prancing around in skimpy outfits we get to the action. First she "warms up" anally with a toy, but that lasts about 30 seconds until the male lead Manuel shows up. We then go to a hand job and then a blow job. After another abrupt cut and now we are showing some great vaginal sex. After Multiple positions there is another abrupt cut into the anal part of the scene. There are several positions in which they have anal sex; after which we are treated to something that you would expect in another of Red Light District’s series "Cum Fart Cocktails". Scene 4 - Svetlana

The next scene involves the Ukrainian Svetlana, and after a short introduction we are treated to a blow job scene. Manual gives her oral while she gives the other male performer oral sex. Scene 5 - Cali Marie and Cherish (Twins)

The next scene is the twin's scene, and they do not disappoint. We get the same drawn out introduction. The twins are adorable, and this was shot near the beginning of their careers. In this scene only Cherish receives anal while Cali only has vaginal sex. The sex begins off with the twins giving two guys blow jobs. While Cherish receives anal and vaginal at the same time Cali fingers herself.
However, there are many times that each of the male performers goes from Cherish’s ass to her vagina, which is a big no-no. I do not know if they were shot in this sequence or due to editing this is how they appeared.

Scene 6 - Sunshine

Save the best for last? You bet. Sunshine is an amazing beauty, from her cute smile to her nice body. I came for the twins but stayed for Sunshine. There is still the same old introduction that heats up very quickly as she starts to play with herself. Things start out with some fingering, hand jobs, and a blow job. This is by far the best scene of the DVD.

Bonus Features:
I really enjoyed the behind the scenes. From Manual almost pushing Paola off of him as to not cum too quickly to the humorous back and forth between Manual and Courtney during anal sex ("Are you still going to be tight after I am done?", "After you?" "Yeah" "...Probably not"). Sunshine’s behind the scene sheds light on why they had all the abrupt cuts, as she reveals it took nearly three hours to film her 20+ minute scene (she did not seem happy about it).
The "Boner Footage" is a bonus POV scene, featuring a blow job and a hand job from a lovely Asian female performer.

Personal Comments:
Overall I liked the creative camera angles, but hated the abrupt cuts in the action. I personally like watching the mounts and dismounts. Whether its time consuming or not, I enjoy it, and prefer it to the abrupt cuts. As for the picture quality, it was top notch.
The sound was very crisp, and no voice over here. You can hear all the action clearly.
Overall this was a good DVD, could it have been better? Absolutely, for one, less cutaways or at very least a smoother transition between changing positions. The extras were great, and were worth their weight. If not for the bad transitions this would be a four star film, as it is, it is a three star film. A pleasant watch, for Sunshine’s scene alone.
