Ass Collector, The by Evil Angel - review by Midway through

Typically I do a play by play of scenes in all the adult DVDs I review. However, this time is extremely different and will call for a different style, frankly because the DVD is unlike any porn I have ever seen. Pet and I were so on the edge of our seat the entire movie that we didn't write the review during it. Typically, we write the review while watching the porno, because there is enough dullness in the length of scenes to allow for it. This movie, however, is so different from any porno that you will ever watch, that I have to warn you about it.

The Fetishes
This porn contains every type of fetish you could imagine. Naturally not all will be in there, but if you are squirmish of other people's fetishes, this DVD is not for you. It contains cross-dressing, foot fetishes, homosexuality, gang bangs, group sex, rape, bondage, anal, rimming, vaginal, transgendered, older women & men, interracial, toys, voyeurism, exhibitionism, and sex slave play. There are probably plenty more things that I've forgotten to mention, but these are the main ones that stand out. This DVD has quite a bit of rough sex scenes as well. It is very much a hardcore porn.

Lighting, Sets, and Audio
This movie uses lighting and audio as well as phenomenal sets to create not only a mood but to make the story line realistic. The main room where the girls are kept is what appears to be similar to a dungeon, created from a basement. This particular set is where I think a lot of the greatness of this film shows. The slave girls that have been kidnapped are attached to a machine that puts poison in them, and from what I can tell makes them constantly horny. They have attachments that go into their necks, and the tables they lay on surround a throne made of piping in the basement. It is ritualistic, the lighting is dark, audio quality is great, and it plays eerie music when it is swapped to the basement many times.

Between scenes, often times there are dreams occurring for one of the main characters, who is a police officer. What I thought was really neat is that when they are showing you his dreaming, it often fades and there is use of a mysterious fog surrounding a dark screen. The lighting completely makes or breaks a scene in movies for me, as well as the use of audio. Both fit this movie so well, and often influenced the scenes to help you understand what was dream and what was reality.

Scenes and Costuming
The scenes are all lengthy, and that is why I didn't feel like I could describe each one, but they are not boring at all. There is nothing repetitive about this film. The costuming is pretty punk/gothy in several scenes, and the fetish club at one point shows several crossdressers in quite punky drag. The cops themselves don't have particularly sexy uniforms, but I think overall the costuming fit the movie well. The girls that were chosen as slaves were gorgeous, and while I can't say every person in the movie was gorgeous, that's just because I'm not into every fetish in the movie. Even so, I am not a fan of rimming or older people, nor do I enjoy interracial or orgy sex. Despite this, I was compelled to watch the entire movie without skipping any scenes. Pet and I were engrossed in the plot and really enjoyed how into the plot the main villain "The Ass Collector" was. He did a fantastic job at playing a character that reminded me of the Hannibal movie, only sexier and without dead people.

What's really cool is that they have scenes for everything. From the police station, to the dungeon that the slave girls are in, to a slaughter house setting, sex club, and an old alley way for a rape scene.

Plot
I will not spoil the entire plot for you, but some of it is listed vaguely on the DVD itself, so I will say that the idea behind the movie is that the police have to send in an undercover agent to find the Ass Collector, and put him to a stop. They must utilize any method possible to bring him to an end.

This movie has more plot than most pornos can dream of.

Pet and I actually seriously enjoyed this movie. We love bondage and cross dressing boys. I personally thought the rape fantasy portrayed in the alley scene was really intense. I know that we couldn't take breaks even to pee the entire movie because we didn't want to miss anything at all. Of course, she loves Manuel so much that it doesn't matter what happens in the movie; if he's in the porno, she's in love. I am not a fan of the rimming, nor any of the anal sex that turns into vaginal or going into the mouth. That's a sanitary issue I can't get over. I was not turned on by the old people or fatty fucking or anything like that in the club, but despite these minor scenes, I was not put off of the film because overall the film was good. And those scenes played an intricate part of the film, by showing that the sex club was open for literally everything, and that everything was acceptable. It was a way of letting the undercover cop know that she should be careful, danger can easily lurk in a place where all sexual acts are allowed.

I freakin' love this DVD. I've watched it dozens of times since I got it, and it never gets old for me. There's so much variety and so much stuff going on that it never gets tiresome! I've decided that I do have a favorite scene though, there's a rape scene in the beginning where he's kidnapped a girl and he ties her up and has sex with her. It's non-consensual, but the girl looks like she's subspacing. It's ridiculous, the amount of work that went into this movie had to be phenomenal. The chemistry between the actors and actresses is simply overwhelming for me, even after watching it as many times as I have!
