These cards seem to be marketed towards a couple that's been together for some time, however there isn't much that a newer couple couldn't do either. In this deck of 52 cards, you get a host of unique ideas to try and spice things up. And if all else fails, there's a whole deck of cards that you can play solitaire or any other card game with.

There aren't really any specific directions that I could find with these, which leaves it pretty open to interpretation. You can find a way to modify pretty much any existing card game, or you can keep it super simple by just shuffling the deck and taking turns drawing cards and performing the action on the card. You can make it a short term thing by allotting however many minutes towards each card, or you can stretch it out as long as you want; even out to a year by pulling and doing one card a week. Some require a little bit of preparation (like leather thongs and hot tubs for some people) and not all of them are necessarily "must do's" (like the changing room sex), but it's easy enough to skip the ones you aren't comfortable doing or can't recreate.

You're not going to get 52 completely unique ideas, but even the ones that are plays off of other cards don't give much of a "been there done that" feeling in use. Like Tie up games and More tie ups: both talk about leather and how you can use it to tie up and tease your lover, and I liked that they do point out to be careful and make sure you listen to your partner if they start to get uncomfortable. Another one suggests cashing a paycheck into small bills and covering your bed with them to have sex on top of before using some of that cash to buy presents for each other. The card about water sex actually has good information on sex in the water, pointing out that it's not a terribly good lubricant and can wash away a woman's natural lubricant. All of the cards are pretty simple and straight forward.

I think the box is the worst part of this whole thing. Yes it's cute, but after pulling the cards out and putting them away only a handful of times, the box is starting to show wear and doesn't like when all the cards go in. It's pretty obvious that it's a jumbo deck of 52 alluring sex games for lovers.

The cards themselves are (unsurprisingly) jumbo. That amounts to about 3 1/2" across and just under 6" tall. You get 2 Lover (joker) cards, a full deck of all four suits, and a "check out other stuff from us" card. The face with the numbers is smooth and glossy, but the back side has more of a matte finish. The back also features a man and a woman about to kiss, and is the same picture as the front of the box. It's nothing overly sexual, I'd classify it as sensual. They feel about as well made as any standard deck of cards and should last you a while, provided you aren't trying to beat them to hell.

I admit, I think we may have had more fun playing go fish than actually trying to do everything the cards told us to do. I also admit we're just a touch lazy and don't always feel like gathering any resources we may need, and that's assuming we remember to play with these to begin with. They're well made, they're going to last a long time, and they're a cute gift for any couple who likes to play. They may not be a "must have" for everybody, but you're not worse off for owning them.
