Add a Visual Aid to Your Sexy Games

A great deck of sex position cards to add as a part of your bedroom games. Combine them with other bedroom games to increase the fun or difficulty of your play. Recycle many of the positions for anal sex instead of just vaginal sex to keep the excitement going.

extremely useful review
First of all, the Position Sex Card Deck is a very nice, high-quality set of 50 diagrams in a nice box. However, it wasn’t the cards in and of themselves that I liked so much. It was how the cards could be used in combination with other bedroom games that we played. Very often, in the bedroom, you tend to go to your standard positions that you know and love – because they work. However, sometimes crossing the finish line isn’t the point. Sometimes it’s the journey and not the destination. In this situation, the Position Sex Card Deck shines.

There are numerous card decks or calendars that you can find that have a sex position for the week or for the day. I’m not going to say that these positions are going to be anything different than what you’ll find in your standard Kama Sutra book. The main attraction is that this deck of cards can be used as an appetizer rather than the main course. That is, instead of simply trying to achieve orgasm in one body contorting position every night, the Position Sex Card Deck can be used very well as a supplement or aid in other bedroom games. Sure, you can work your way through the deck each time you’re in the mood to have fun trying out new positions. However, if you are playing another sex game like strip poker, truth or dare, or even a board game like Lust! or Pleasure Island, then having the Position Sex Card Deck can easily be picked up and included in the other game. By combining two different games into one, you add a little more spice and interest that may even challenge you. I wish that the Position Sex Card Deck had 52 cards instead of 50 so you could evenly divide them with a typical deck of playing cards for your game players. However, that is a personal preference of mine that does not reflect upon the utility or quality of the product.

The Position Sex Card Deck comes in a very sturdy box that will protect your cards when not in use but does have small pictures and the word “SEX” emblazoned on the box. So it is not a very discreet box and will have to remain in the naughty box under your bed. The cards themselves are about 3” by 5” and very glossy which I like in case you have wet fingers from lube or a drink. The cards had to be a little larger than normal playing cards because there is a fair amount of writing on the opposite side of the picture which details how to get into position and why you may like it. The front of the card lists the name of the position with two models demonstrating the position. Partial nudity is present, namely, the female model’s bare breasts. The reverse side of the card is numbered with the description for how to get into that position and what may be necessary to stay in position or what you can do to make it more pleasurable. Also on the back side of the card is a brief justification called, “What’s in it for him” and “What’s in it for her” which describes what each person will find the most pleasurable about that particular position.

Among the complaints that I can level against the Position Sex Card Deck is that some of the positions are a little unrealistic to expect of normal intercourse. For example, the position “Standing O” position: “…This obviously works better if you are a similar height. Stand close to one another with the man behind. He spreads his legs to a width that puts his penis in line with the opening of her vagina. When you’re both ready, he glides his erect member into her…”
Did I mention that this is a rear entry, standing position? Unless the man is very well endowed, this position is rather difficult to get into and stay into. More than a few of the positions can be quite difficult to get into or stay in, with rather shallow penetration vaginally. Warning: You may want to stretch out or avoid alcohol before attempting some positions! Sometimes, though, you could easily substitute anal penetration for vaginal penetration and find the acrobatic arrangements far more manageable and pleasurable like the position described above. After you go through all of the cards attempting for vaginal sex only, you could switch to anal sex and get more mileage out of this product. Also, two of the positions are not actually positions for vaginal sex at all but are in fact oral sex cards – one for the man and one for the woman. So, there are really only 48 vaginal sex position cards.
Experience
My wife and I had fun trying out some of the positions if only for the simple fact that we could say we did it - like one of the wheelbarrow positions. However, it is now sitting with the stack of sex games that we sometimes use for foreplay. It's a nice addition that we enjoy throwing into the mix of another game and that's where these cards have been the most fun.
Follow-up commentary
After picking through the cards we liked, we tend not to use them as often. However, we still use them occasionally as part of another board game just to keep things interesting or challenging.
