Love notes - adult game discontinued by Hearst - review by Library Girl

This is a coupon format book geared for couples to exchange or surprise each other with. The subtitle, "100 ways to get kisses, cuddles, and some really great sex" pretty much covers it. Think of it as the adult version of those little notes your Mom would slip in your lunch box. These are perfect for slipping into a pocket, briefcase, laptop, or lunch box to be discovered later and hopefully initiate some action.

This is not a game, per se. It is a book of coupons to be torn out and used. The coupons are well bound and can be torn out individually without damaging the book. Each coupon has a title and image on the front, for example "lip service", with instructions on the back like "you can only touch my body with your mouth tonight. No hands allowed." Some coupons initiate conversation, but most of the activities are going to lead to sex, if you're lucky! The book cover may look a little feminine with all the pink, but most coupons are gender neutral and could be given out by a man or a woman.

The design of this book is of the highest quality for a coupon book. It is bound in a hardcover format, the cover of which conveniently lies flat. Inside the coupons are separately bound and mounted to the hardcover end boards. The coupons have a sturdy fabric binding. They rip apart slightly away from the binding to preserve its integrity as the coupons are used. I buy a lot of novelty coupon books as I find them amusing and have never seen one so well made for such a reasonable price.
