Dirty minds review

Dirty Minds is a game of incredible fun. When I got this game, I called my girlfriends for a night of margaritas and games.

First, we mixed up the drinks, had our complaint session about the current men in our lives, and then got down to the business of the game. We had a blast! I don't think any of us woke up the next morning without sore sides from laughing. 

At first, we played with letter cards and according to the rules. But after a while, we were laughing too hard at the clues to continue with the real version--we went and made up our own rules.

Clues such as:

"I'm spread before I'm eaten," "your tongue gets me off," and "people sometimes lick my nuts" had us rolling on the floor and not guessing that the answer was "peanut butter." I am pretty sure you were not thinking that either! The more we played, the dirtier our minds got. By the time we were done, we weren't anywhere near guessing the right answers.

Now, the one thing we discovered in playing this game that we did not like was that a few of the clues are repeated in the four books that come with the game. This made for moments when you sat there and said, "didn't we just answer this one?"  We did find that to be a little bit of an annoyance. 

Overall, this is a great game for a get together where you are going to have (as the side of the box puts it) "2 to 6 open minded adults."  For them, this game is perfect; for anyone else, you tend to get the "I don't get what you find so funny about this game."

Please, who said sex and its bits and pieces weren't supposed to be funny?
