Gummy peckers - gags discontinued by Pipedream - review by Shesasexybrat

I have to say when I first saw these at my local "toy" store I laughed and passed them. Recently I had a friend getting married and, once invited to her bachelorette party, I knew exactly the gag gift she would be getting. I got two packs when I went to the store so I would be able to eat these fun little fruity man peckers.

The packaging of Gummy Peckers is a colorful little box. Which clearly tells you that there are only three flavors. Personally I wish that there were more flavors because lemon, lime and orange just are not enough. Perhaps sometime they will advance to a cherry or strawberry as well.

So I get to the party and hand over a wrapped gift with the Gummy Peckers on top. She immediately started laughing then I showed her my matching box. We opened and began eating up our tasty little treats. They definitely lived up to their name, gummy, chewy, and fruity. She loved them and so did I. If I would have been hosting her party I would have gotten them for everyone.

I personally think these make good gag gifts for anyone and just about anywhere if the person receiving the gift has a sense of humor. I think even a pack of these would be fun for "break-up parties." Not sure if everyone has those but I know that I do and they would be perfect for that type of thing. These with the phrase "There are plenty more peckers out there... and these actually taste good!" But that is mostly my joking humor.

For the joke factor I think that these are worth their near 5 dollar price, especially since normal Gummi Bears cost nearly the same for just a few oz. more.

Ingredients - Sugar, glucose syrup, starch, flavoring, food coloring, citric acid, and gelatin.

I haven't had another pack of these but I still believe they would make a fun gag gift. I do believe that they should still look into more flavors such as strawberry cherry or blue raspberry to attract more customers.
