The night we take the cold feet jitters out of our good friend-her last night as a bachelorette, was to be the best "single" girl night of her life. We booked a nice dinner and all the girls arrived, one by one. As everyone is starting to mingle and make small talk, the bride-to-be excuses herself from the table to go to the wash room. I frantically run around taking everyone's silverware and replace it with PENISES!

I will never forget her face or the other guests for that matter. It was the perfect way to show my gal pal what fun was in store for the rest of the night. This set of pecker silverware is hilarious and functional for a relatively affordable price. The set comes with a fork, knife, and spoon for a party of eight. Unfortunately, our group was of ten, so I had to buy two packs. It was completely worth it!

DESIGN:

These pieces of silverware are a clear reddish pink color. The ends of all three are normal but have penis handles with veins and heads! Honestly, if these were put at a non themed party, like ours, some people might not even notice that these are penises. The fork and spoon have the head as if looking from the front, but the knife is sideways, because of the way you hold it. I'm not sure what the standard size for plastic silverware is, but these are about 7" long.

MATERIAL:

These are made of plastic just like traditional party silverware. The plastic is safe to eat off of and is durable enough for the purpose, but is not the type of plastic that can be put through a dishwasher. They are meant to be thrown away after use.

USE/DURABILITY/HOLD-UP:

The fork is the sturdiest of the three pieces. No one had any problem using it. The spoon was also sturdy, but the spoon end was too shallow. It was hard to use for liquidy type foods. The knife was the weakest. The material for the cutting portion was too thick and wasn't functional for many food items needing cutting. Even when this was discovered, guests still attempted to use it just for fun.

PACKAGING:

The pieces comes in three separate compartments of a plastic bag that is held closed by a stapled cardboard piece with funny art work on it. The bag could be cut and set on a table at a party for people to grab them out of.

This set is probably best for ice cream and cake. The knife would be strong enough to cut through cake and the spoon would be okay for ice cream. I give this set 4 stars because it was a lot of fun to use, worked fairly well and I was impressed with the amount in one package.

Since I bought multiple packs of these, I still have some lying around in our utensil drawer. They cause a laugh with guests. I really enjoyed using them at two bachelorette parties and will continue to purchase them for all the ones I host after that. It was an inexpensive, easy, and effective way to make it more fun.
