Fatal Seduction by Sweet Sinner - review by oldhippy

The movie "Fatal Seduction", starring Katsuni, Amy Fisher (yes, that Amy Fisher), Evan Stone, and Xander Corvus, is based on the original movie "Fatal Attraction". This DVD is produced by Sweet Sinema, and written and directed by Nica Noelle. With a run-time of 2 hours and 20 minutes and selections of Interactive Menu, Chapter Selections, and Slideshow; this DVD will allow easy access to any part of the movie, but I recommend that you view it straight through the first time to get the full effect of the film.


Amy Fisher plays a magazine interviewer and seductress of Evan Stone, architect. Katsuni is the concert pianist married to Evan Stone, who frequently travels for her work. Xander Corvus is the on again/off again boyfriend of Amy Fisher.


The film opens with Katsuni leaving for a concert, and having a minor spat with Evan over her wardrobe. This is followed with his indignation at having meals in the 'fridge labeled for him by day for while she is gone. That day is when Amy shows up to do her interview. With cool but coy efficiency, Amy leads Evan to a drink after work, then a few more drinks, then to the stairwell of her apartment building where things begin to get out of hand and into mouth. From the stairwell, they proceed to her room where the real sex begins. Luckily for us, Amy is not a moaner or a groaner during sex. There is the frequent expletive and encouragement to keep things moving. In this first scene, there is a section where it appears that Amy is either bored with the sex (unlikely), or just doesn't know what to do with her two inch fingernails. After 20 minutes of highly energetic romp across the bed for both of them, Evan leaves to return home and continue his work.


His work from home is interrupted by a call from Amy, who is begging him to join her. This one goes as well as the first, and lasts about as long. The only problem is that this time, Evan realizes that he needs to end the relationship before it gets out of hand. When he attempts to break it off with Amy, she makes him believe that she has swallowed a large handful of pills. Through the drama of the “rescue” attempt by Evan, you see the fear mount on his face as he is concerned about the problems that would arise over her unexplained death, and his involvement. Amy does recover, but the breakup is still on, and they part as bitter enemies.


The next part is a parallel segment, with Evan cleaning up his house and trying to make it look like he has been home the entire time, while Amy is busy with her boyfriend Xander trying to get pregnant. The sex scene is well worth a study by itself as both of them are very acrobatic and there is a variety of different positions and options used.


Although there is no indication of time passing, Amy again shows up at Evan's office, where she is frequently told he is in meetings and cannot see her. Unfortunately, he steps out of his office while she is still in the waiting area. The ensuing meeting leads to the declaration of her pregnancy and her intention of keeping and raising the child. With the news of the pregnancy on his mind, the real shock is when he arrives home to find Amy interviewing his wife for her article.


This is followed by a much longer scene between only Amy and Katsuni when Amy returns to finish the interview. During the scene between Amy and Katsuni, it is evident that these two ladies truly enjoyed working together. This is one of the best girl with girl scenes that I have seen in some time, and even with its length, is well worth the cost of the DVD by itself.


Following this, Amy confronts Evan at his office to tell him that she has had an abortion. At the same time, a large arrangement of roses arrives at the house with a card from Amy saying “Can't live without you.” This card is quickly hidden by Katsuni before Evan can see it. A later phone call is taken by Katsuni from Amy while Evan is in the shower. Katsuni says that she can't talk then, and tells Evan it was a telemarketer.


Evan is in a randy mood, and so the sex scene between Evan and Katsuni ensues. This is a very well executed scene in which you can easily accept that there is affection between this couple who were fighting previously. The big interruption however is the phone ringing. Neither knows who it is for, but both suspect the worst.

While not quite as suspenseful as the original, this was still a good movie. The interaction of the cast worked well and the sexual scenes were among the better done, especially because of the reduced amount of moaning and groaning. Amy did a great job as the fanatic seductress with a truly believable performance. Evan and Amy had a good time together and showed a lot of spirit and seemed to enjoy being with each other during their scenes. As I said earlier, Amy and Katsuni provided what was to me the pivotal scene in the movie. Because I generally a bit softer porn, the ladies' scene was a bit more enjoyable than some of the others. All of the scenes were realistic and very well done. I would watch this movie again, both all the way through and for particular scenes, depending on the mood at the time.

The girl with girl is still the best part of the DVD, but it is still a good DVD overall.
