The whole kit comes in the tube. Everything is packaged separately, and it does include a thermometer to measure the temperature of the water for the molding step. I can't stress this enough, read the directions ALL the way through several times before you begin. You really have to be accurate with this.
I won't go into detail about the steps, but the basic is make the mold and mold the actual vibrator. The mold making stuff is white in color and basically has the consistency of pancake batter. This sets up in about 2 minutes, so you have to be quick mixing it and inserting your penis into it. It doesn't matter if you stay hard the whole time so long as you are initially hard when you insert. Tilting yourself so you go in mostly straight down would probably be best; we had a good amount of the mold stuff spill out when we tried to just stand there and put it in. Can't stress this enough, if you're a hairy guy, trim up before you do this. We had to cut my hubby's hairs for him to be able to get out of the mold.
Making the vibrator was pretty easy. You have to let the mold sit for a couple hours before you can do it, but it doesn't require the almost nutso precision that making the mold does. Just mix the two containers of liquid rubber components well and pour in. Take the plastic vibrator and stick that in the middle. You have to cut a piece of cardboard to make sure it doesn't sink too far in or move. After 24 hours, you can unmold your new toy! We had a hard time doing this and in the end basically peeled the mold off around the vibrator. After a bit of trimming, we washed it up with hot water and soap and it was ready. Every detail on my hubby's member was captured and rendered in the vibrator. Right down to the crinkles under the head and the little scar on the underside.
The cons however...it does have a very strong rubber smell. It takes quite a bit of washing to get rid of the smell. And as the vibrator is not waterproof, it does make washing a bit of a trick.
If you want something to copy your lovers penis for when he's not around or just to show off, then this is a great buy. Heck, my hubby even uses this on me while I use my mouth on him. It's definitely interesting to feel him inside you at the same time you have him in your hand or mouth! We intend on buying another one of these kits eventually now that we know what to look out for and can make a better mold. (Was a wee bit cold that night)

Although we don't use this much anymore, we still love this little piece; most of the time it sits in an open topped jewelry box I have on my dresser as a little joke between my husband and I. We'd still like to purchase another one of these kits and try again to make a better one. The one we made is good but not very accurate as to my husbands actual size; we messed up making the mold.

I read a review where a man made a few of these single-handedly (hats off!). Instead of just placing the plastic tube over his penis, he cut off the closed end of the tube, sat down leaning back and poured in the mold, making sure it covered his entire length.
This actually seems to make more sense, provided you protect whatever it is you're sitting on, as there might be less fumbling about with timing and overflow of contents.
Has anyone tried it this way with more success? Any opinions? I read a review where a man made a few of these single-handedly (hats off!). My hubby is rather "gifted" in his length as well as girth, so in some parts of the dildo, the material was very thin near the bullet. I would suggest that if you do do one, don't put the bullet in.

Hmmm, this is interesting. My boyfriend and I want to get this and the only thing we're worried about is that it won't work properly and we'll have to buy another one. This seems like a good technique. We'll try it out and I'll let you know :)
