I have had this pan for a couple years and used it every chance I saw fit for a penis cake, usually toy parties or retirement parties. The biggest hit is always the red velvet cake. The cakes always turned out delicious but the problem was they never stayed together. Either the head or the balls would inevitably fall off while trying to take it out of the pan and no one wants to just eat balls. I seemed to have this problem regardless of the amount of lube used to prevent sticking. The type of cake also did not seem to matter with the problem of the cake falling apart. All in all if you do not mind piecing a cock back together with icing it is not a bad buy, it can just be more than you bargained for. Have fun with it and always add details to the icing. Nothing says eat me more than some pubes and some veins painted on with frosting.

The material it is made out of is semi-sturdy. I moved after I got it and there are a few dings in it but overall it is not distorted too badly. Just make sure you do not pack it with heavy things or throw it around too much otherwise the end result could end up looking like a herpes infected package, and no one wants one of those in their mouth during an outbreak.

Cleaning it was relatively easy. I just soak it in soap and water for a little bit and the cake that stuck to the inside and the grease comes right off. It is an easy and fun pan for all sorts of parties. Do not be discouraged by an impromptu amputation of a sack, it is a quick fix.
