Clear pawn - butt plug by Pyrexions - review by Lollie

Not to be stereotyped, the Pyrexions Clear Pawn is not sure whether it’s a butt plug or a probe. At only ¾ of an inch in diameter coupled with a flared base, this is a glass anal toy that could please almost anyone who’s willing to give it a whirl.

I was a little disappointed by the fact that this Pyrexions toy came in a generic white box designed to gift a necklace or bracelet in. Wrapped in pink tissue paper, it would have been fine, even presentable if the box had been big enough to hold the toy. It was about 1 cm too small though, so the lid needed to be rubber banded to stay on. I would have liked to see a little higher standard for the packaging.

Once out of the box though, I have no complaints. I covered the probe with a generous dollop of Oceanus Sensuals Ultra Pure Lubricant and got to work. Because of its small size, my body accepted the Clear Pawn with no protest. The Pyrex is unbelievably smooth, especially once it’s lubed up.

The Clear Pawn has two bumps on the neck and wide flared base. The bumps can be used to simply hold the toy in place (similarly to a plug, sans the girth) or may be implemented in providing incredible stimulation by thrusting the toy in and out. The bumps are small and smooth enough that this is truly a comfortable toy for anal thrusting, even for novices.

While the flared base is a nice safety feature, I wouldn't be so quick to recommend this as a plug for use, say, over the course of an afternoon. The Pyrex is rather heavy and those bumps in the neck might just not be enough to hold it in place on their own.

All in all, I think this would be an excellent toy for those who are curious about anal play and looking for a less-than-intimidating choice of toy while also being perfectly suitable for those who have enjoyed anal for years. This is a toy not be quickly replaced.
