The Pro-pal is a prostate stimulator with a generous curve that allows it to press against the perineum and balls simultaneously as it is inside you targeting the prostate. You can use either side of the curve for insertion. Both sides are about 1.5" thick, although the longer side (insertable length of 3.5") gives you an 1" before it bumps up to full thickness. The shorter side (insertable length of 2") gives you the full thickness immediately. So why would you ever use the shorter side? Because with the shorter side inside you, the longer end curves up past the perineum to the balls. When you flip it so the longer end is inside, the external reach only goes up to the perineum. So, pick your pleasure. The curve is tight enough that it would never get lost inside you, even without the ring shaped handle that makes getting lost an impossibility. This toy is good for beginners or more advanced users, but I would recommend that beginners warm up a bit before trying it out.

The Pro-pal is made of ABS plastic. It is rigid, non-porous and phthalate free. The version in black (which I used) has been described as having a velvety feel. I would say it is a very smooth finish with a hint of a velvety feel. You will like how it feels in your hands. It has a very slight odor, but nothing that I thought was offensive or overly noticeable. All around the curve there are bumps where the diameter expands and contracts, which is great as those bumps pass the sphincter. The smoothness of the material allows for easier insertion, even with the 1.5" thickness.

The Pro-pal has been well designed to accomplish its purpose of giving simultaneous internal and external prostate stimulation. With the longer end inserted, the shorter end placed good firm pressure on the perineum, which heightened the anal stimulation. With the shorter end inserted, the longer end brushed up against the balls, which also felt amazing. You can also angle the longer end to press directly on the perineum, if that's what you want. I thought the handle was well designed and allowed for easy control of the Pro-pal. The Pro-pal is discreet looking. If it falls out of your bag, you can just tell people that it is a back massager. I think it is the look of the handle that would let you get away with that little falsehood. It is small and light enough that it is very travel-friendly.

Giving internal and external stimulation is a nice idea, but does the Pro-pal deliver? I would answer that with a resounding YES. It fit nicely inside me and I loved the constant pressure on the perineum as well as the feel of the continuing waves of P-spot stimulation. While there is no base, you can press the ring handle against a surface and it will stay in place. I enjoyed rocking back and forth and allowing the external end to keeping tapping against the perineum. It brought me to a powerful and highly satisfying orgasm.

Cleaning the Pro-pal is as simple as using soap and water before and after use. You will want to use lube when playing with this toy. I always recommend water-based lubes since they are easier to clean. However, you can also safely use silicone based lubes. You could get away with leaving this toy out, but to give it a longer life, store it away from sunlight and dust. It will fit nicely in a toy chest or nightstand drawer.

The package is bold- white background, with blue stars, red lettering and a cutout revealing the black toy. It has almost a comic book appeal. I liked it, but not enough to keep it for storing the Pro-pal, since it takes up a bit of space. The packaging does make clear what the toy is intended to do, so if you want to maximize discretion, you will need to lose the box. There were no instructions that came with it, but I don't think that will be a problem for anyone.

I was pleasantly surprised by the Pro-pal. I expected that the rigid plastic would not be fun to insert. I was wrong about that. It went in easily. Then I thought the Pro-pal would not be long or filling enough. Wrong again on both points. It hit the prostate nicely and gave me the sense of fullness I wanted. Finally, I didn't think it would hit the right spot externally. It did, placing nice sustained pressure on the perineum. My neighbors would have known how wrong I was had it not been for my air conditioner that drowned out (hopefully) my moans and shouts of pleasure.

I only regret that I didn't have time to devote to having a hands-free orgasm with the Pro-pal, but that just gives me something to strive for in the future.
