somewhat useful review
This item is worth the money for first timers, or for those who want to add another pleasurable toy to their collection, that is made of silicone and can being washed/boiled.
Pros:

Not a lot of thrust action.
This prostate massager is really quite perfect for a first timer because it's less intimidating than some of the butt plugs or larger massagers. The silicone material is pretty soft and gentle. The ring is an added bonus to hold on to when using the toy, or sliding a bullet vibrator into it for an added zing.
Favorite Quality & Feature: It has a feminine appeal to it (more so if you buy the pink one), which makes it a great buy if you're a woman wanting to surprise your husband/partner with a nice treat. I like that it has the ring to hold on to, and that it's slightly textured but not overpowering.
This prostate massager feels great and definitely stimulates the prostate. The textured grooves are an added bonus, especially when slowly sliding this toy out. Try slowly removing this toy out during orgasm for some added sparks.

How much does the nub hinder movement? If at all...?
The nub that juts out? It provides stimulation on the perineum. The entire device is relatively short and curved, so there isn't really any further hindrance in movement. But the core is flexible, so you have to keep that in mind too. It's not really a thrusting device. It's a prostate massager, hence the name too
